Friends, I am so excited to share this Coeur d’Alene wedding with you today! This was my FIRST time shooting a wedding at the Coeur d’Alene resort, and it was such an amazing experience! Not only was the setting spectacular, overlooking the lake in all its shades of blue, but the staff was so friendly and helpful, I immediately felt at ease!
As I look back on 2020, this wedding truly stands out as one of my highlights of the year! So so grateful. And honored, to have captured this gorgeous day for one of the sweetest couples on earth, Darby + Viviana. As fate would have it, a storm rolled in just minutes before their ceremony at the Hagadone Center, and the ceremony had to be moved inside.
The bride later shared that all their friends that had recently been married all had rain on their wedding days too, so they count it as a sign of good luck!

After sunset portraits, the sweetest toasts were shared. My favorite came from Darby’s brother who thanked Viviana for being nice to him and teaching him stuff.
The night’s celebrating continued with…hold up…a DRESS change!!! That’s right, Viviana changed into her second gown from Honest in Ivory that was all sparkles, and so GORGEOUS!
The groom brought the house down with his garter dance!
Darby’s mom surprised them with THE. MOST. EPIC. fireworks show over Lake Coeur d’Alene!
End with this one because it really was the most epic night EVER!
