Two years ago, when I married my Allan, I was lucky enough to inherit this gorgeous brunette as my niece! She is one of his 15 nieces and nephews, and this year, she is heading into her SENIOR year at Sunnyside High School. I can hardly believe it!!! When she asked me to document her senior portraits I couldn’t have been a more THRILLED (and sentimental, sappy, teary-eyed) auntie!!!
For her senior portraits, we headed to the beautiful coastal town of Seaside, for a few nights with just the girls: Brielle, her bestie, her little sis, me, and her mom. It was the dreamiest little town, stacked with shaker-sided cottages, lined by billowy green grass, creamy sand beaches, and overcast skies that made me feel like I was Anne of Green Gables on Prince Edward Island!
It was outfit preps and hangry name assigning and lil’ sis giving her approval of poses that made me belly laugh for days…just LOVED my time with these girls getting to capture such an exciting chapter in life! Brielle, thank you for being my niece, and for being YOU! I can’t wait to see what’s in store for you this next year, and what your future holds! Uncle Allan and I love you so much and are proud of you!
