You might remember this sweetie pie from her newborn pictures. I had never attempted to do newborn pictures using a golf bag so it was definitely a memorable shoot for me!!! And, if you can believe it…Emory celebrated her FIRST birthday last week!!! Surrounded with LOTS of pink, of course!  
 
I stopped by the birthday girl’s house before the festivities began, and discovered a very SWEET birthday celebration underway…

Every birthday girl need a good birthday hat, right?

Is this not the sweetest?!? I love this ENTIRE setup: all the different shades of pink, the Sweet Shoppe banner….and especially, the pink table TUTU!!!

Even the candy dishes were dolled up with necklaces for the occasion!!

Emory’s Grandma made, I repeat…MADE, this darling cupcake cake! The bottom was made entirely of chocolate – yummy!!!

I love this one…she kept scooting backwards probably thinking you guys the party is back here!

Emory is not quite walking, but she sure is scootin’ everywhere!

Okay, you know we had to do it again and here it is….One year later, Emory still fits in the golf bag!!! And you know what, I think she liked it just as much as the first time!!! : )

We ended the session with a ‘cupcake’ smash…I love her expression here right before she dives into the frosting!!!
