Beyond excited to share this wedding from The Haven at Tomales with you today! This wedding was extra special for me because of my history with the bride. Back up five years, I was meeting Kaylin in southern California to photograph her high school senior portraits. I remember being in awe of her then, how driven and determined she was! Over the years, I’ve gotten to know Kaylin and see her journey from graduation to college to becoming a nurse to falling in love and getting engaged, so it was an absolute JOY and honor to be photographing her wedding day this past month!
Mark and Kaylin were married at the stunning The Haven at Tomales, tucked in the rolling hills just north of the hustle and bustle of San Francisco. With what maybe the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen, and a day filled with so much love and JOY, it could only be described as breathtaking.
Mark and Kaylin, I am so grateful to you both for entrusting my to capture your first day as husband and wife, and am so excited for this new chapter in your lives! A big thank you also to Diane Angel for helping me document this beautiful wedding day, and Lisa Kelley for making this day utterly seamless from beginning to end! Below is a some of my favorites from this day!

Final touches…
Before the first look, the bride and groom exchanged letters they had written to each other…
Meanwhile. just down the way, the guys were getting ready and helping Mark with his final details before he went to see his bride…
First look magic…
The groom was in awe of his bride and it was THE sweetest thing!

Just pure joy. My heart could barely handle it.
Kaylin was literally glowing through the day!
After some portraits with the bride and groom, the bridal party joined us for a few more!

Just the prettiest setting…
After the ceremony, guests enjoyed an outdoor cocktail hour where the celebrating continued…
With some very cute little guests I might add…
Cheers to the new Mr. and Mrs.!
After cocktail hour, guests headed inside to the reception where they were greeted with this stunning setting…
Loved the natural elements and details, especially the cross back chairs…
As guests entered, they found their table locations on these sage shutters…how sweet is that?
The guests cheered as the new Mr. and Mrs. were announced in, and Mark twirled his bride to the dance floor…
First dance…
The evening continued with some hilarious toasts…
The bride and groom enjoyed a quiet moment at their table before heading outside for sunset portraits…
Dreamiest…
